I’m the founder of Ethical Bunny, a website that features a list of cruelty free brands and product recommendations. I am interested in listing Coastal Scents in my database, but to do so I need to ensure that you are in fact cruelty free. I just had a few questions if you wouldn’t mind.
1) Are any of your products or ingredients tested on animals?
2) Do you have a Leaping Bunny or PETA certification?
3) Does your company sell products in mainland China?
4) Do your suppliers or any third parties test on animals on your behalf?

Here is their response:
Up until Emma said that they ship worldwide, including China, I was confident that the brand was cruelty free. I sent another email to try and clarify if they only ship to China via Hong Kong or if they have products available in retail stores in China. I never received a response. Conclusion – It is unclear if Coastal Scents is cruelty free or not.
