Since they are a small business it’s safe to assume that they don’t test on animals but of course it’s always good to ask the detailed questions to ensure that animal testing wasn’t involved at any step during product production. In conclusion, it’s safe to say that Starling Skincare is completely cruelty free. They might not yet be certified cruelty free by any internationally renowned organizations but that’s not uncommon for small businesses.
