Is Petit Lapin cruelty free?

In order to ensure that a brand is completely cruelty free, doesn’t test on animals at any point during the production of their products, I reach out to them via email. Here is my email exchange with Petit Lapin…

Good afternoon!

I’m Svetlana, the owner of Ethical Bunny. I stumbled upon your brand on Instagram and I would love to list it on my website’s cruelty free brand list. My website is almost finished being re-designed and the new website launches on Wednesday the 18th.

In order to list your brand on my website, I need to ask you a few questions. Your response to these questions will be screenshotted and added to my website, let me know if you are not comfortable with that.

  1. Are any of your finished products or individual ingredients tested on animals?
  2. Do you have a Leaping Bunny, CCF or PETA certification?
  3. Are your products sold in retails locations in mainland China (except Hong Kong)?
  4. Do your suppliers or any third parties test on animals on your behalf?
  5. Additionally, are any or all of your products completely vegan?

Thank you so much for your time!

I have concluded that Petit Lapin is, in fact, cruelty free and it has been added to our database of cruelty free brands. Their products may also be featured in our shopping guides. If you have any further questions or would like to check out their products, visit their website.
