Is Organation cruelty free?

In order to ensure that a brand is completely cruelty free, doesn’t test on animals at any point during the production of their products, I reach out to them through email. Here is my email exchange with Organation…

Good morning!

Sorry it took me a couple days to get back to you, it’s been a very busy week. Here are a few questions I need a response to in order for Organation to be listed in our cruelty free brand database…

  1. Are any of your finished products or individual ingredients tested on animals?
  2. Are your products sold in mainland China where animal testing is required by law?
  3. Do your suppliers or any third parties test on animals on your behalf?
  4. Do you have a Leaping Bunny, CCF or PETA certification?
  5. Additionally, are any or all of your products completely vegan?

I ask these questions of every single one of over 300 brands currently listed on our website. Sorry if they sound repetitive or you already have answers to these questions on your website. These questions allow me to personally ensure the validity of a company’s cruelty free claims as thousands of my followers rely on the accuracy of my website. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you so much for your time!

Here is their response:

Organation is an organic, Seattle Portland based indie beauty brand of custom skincare. | Ethical Bunny's cruelty free and vegan brand list with skincare, makeup, haircare, hygiene, bath and body guides.

I have concluded that Organation is, in fact, cruelty free and it has been added to our database of cruelty free brands. Their products may also be featured in our shopping guides. If you have any further questions or would like to check out their products, visit their website.
